Life doesn’t always unfold in the ways we expect. At times, it can feel like you’re carrying more than others see, navigating pressure, uncertainty, or experiences that feel difficult to put into words.

You may be used to pushing through, holding things together, and continuing to show up, even when it’s heavy.

I believe that even within challenge, there is space for clarity, growth, and meaningful change. Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin to relate to yourself and your life in a different way.

My role is to support you as you navigate these complexities, so you can move forward with greater intention, balance, and ease.

Specializations

  • High-Achieving Stress & Identity

    You may appear capable, driven, and composed on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, constantly “on,” or stretched thin. Many of my clients are used to holding a great deal of responsibility, navigating demanding careers, high expectations, and complex personal roles.

    This work focuses on understanding patterns of over functioning, reducing burnout, and creating more sustainable ways of living, working, and relating.

  • Reproductive Mental Health

    The path to and through parenthood doesn’t always feel the way you expected. You may be navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the emotional impact of these experiences.

    I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and support individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and like yourself again.

  • Identity, Culture, & Lived Experience

    Identity and lived experience shape how we move through the world—and how we experience stress, relationships, and well-being.

    I have particular experience supporting women of color and individuals navigating spaces where identity, visibility, and expectations intersect. This may include managing unspoken pressures, navigating professional environments, or balancing how you are perceived with your internal experience.
